Summer IXL Objectives

Dear Parents,  

I hope that all is going well with your summer.  Just in case you missed the email with the IXL Objectives for the summer, I wanted to post them.  There was a little confusion with them at the end of the school year.  Below are posted the objectives for Oasis Academy students that were in Kindergarten, 1st, or 2nd grade.

If you child was in kindergarten:
  • D.1 count to 20
  • D.4 Show numbers on ten frames up to 20
  • D.9 Number lines- up to 20
  • D.16 Count tens and ones- up to 20
  • I.1 Addition with pictures-sums up to 5
  • I.3 Addition sentences- sums up to 5
  • J.1 Subtraction with pictures- numbers up to 5
  • J.3 Subtraction sentences- numbers up to 5
  • S.2 Identify shapes 2
  • R.1 Coin names- penny through quarter

If your child was in first:
  • A.8 Counting Tens and Ones - up to 99
  • A.14 Hundred Chart
  • B.16 Complete the Addition Sentence
  • B.17 Adding Three Numbers
  • D.15 Complete the Subtraction Sentence
  • F.1 Addition and Subtraction - Ways to Make a Number
  • F.3 Fact Families
  • F.8 Ten More or Less
  • F.9 Add and Subtract Tens
  • I.3 Place Value Models up to 100

If your child was in second grade:
  • A.3 Counting Patterns - up to 100
  • A.13 Number Lines - up to 1,000
  • B.4 Put Numbers up to 1,000 in order
  • G.7 Addition Input/Output Tables-Up to Two Digits
  • G.14 Add Three Numbers Up  to Two Digits Each:  Word Problems
  • G. 15 Add Four or More Numbers Up to Two Digits Each
  • H.7  Subtraction Input/Output Tables-Up to Two Digits
  • M.3  Place Value Models Up to Thousands
  • M.6 Value of the underlined digit - up to thousands
  • Q.5 Reading Clocks and Write Times

IXL will often update their site over the summer. Sometimes that changes the numbers of some of the objectives, if that happens your child should search using the objective title instead of the number. Please contact me if you have problems with IXL.
